Toenail Trimming

Safe, hygienic trimming of toenails using sterile instruments — ideal for those with difficulty reaching their feet, thickened nails, or medical conditions such as diabetes. Regular trimming prevents ingrown nails, pressure pain, and infections.

Warts (Verrucae)

Plantar warts are viral growths caused by HPV, usually found on the soles of the feet. They often appear with a callus and small black dots (clotted blood vessels). We offer treatments such as cryotherapy, salicylic acid, and debridement to relieve pain and prevent spread.

Fungal Infections (Athlete’s Foot)

Tinea pedis is a fungal skin infection that affects the feet — especially between the toes. Symptoms include itching, peeling, blisters, and odour. We treat it with topical or oral antifungals, foot hygiene education, and advice on breathable footwear to prevent recurrence.

Ankle Sprains

Ankle sprains occur when the ligaments around the ankle are overstretched or torn. We assess the injury and provide care such as strapping, R.I.C.E. therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and orthotic support to prevent chronic instability.

Sesamoiditis

Pain beneath the big toe? It may be sesamoiditis — inflammation of small bones under the toe joint. We help offload pressure with padding or orthotics, modify footwear, and prescribe strengthening to reduce stress and pain during walking or sports.

Knee Sprains

Knee sprains involve damage to ligaments caused by twisting, trauma, or instability. We offer support through bracing, rehabilitation, orthotic alignment, and refer for imaging if needed. Early management helps prevent long-term joint issues.

Achilles Tendinopathy

This overuse injury affects the Achilles tendon at the back of your heel. Common in runners and active individuals, it causes stiffness, pain, or swelling. Treatment includes eccentric exercises, heel lifts, orthotics, and footwear changes to reduce strain.

Footwear & Orthotics

Proper footwear and custom orthotics play a key role in managing foot pain, correcting posture, and supporting recovery. We conduct full gait assessments and recommend devices tailored to your lifestyle and activity level.

Diabetic Foot Care

People with diabetes need regular foot checks to prevent ulcers, infections, and amputations. We provide vascular and neurological screenings, nail and skin care, footwear education, and referrals if advanced care is needed — all in the comfort of your home.

Callus Debridement

Calluses are thick, rough patches of skin caused by friction or pressure. We safely remove callused tissue, recommend moisturisers and orthotics, and advise on footwear to prevent recurrence — especially for high-risk or diabetic feet.

Fungal Nail Infections

These infections cause nails to become thick, yellow, brittle, or crumbly. We offer topical or oral antifungals, regular trimming, and thinning to improve appearance and comfort. KeryFlex nail restoration is also available for cosmetic enhancement.

KeryFlex Nail Restoration

Damaged or fungal nails can affect confidence. KeryFlex is a non-porous, flexible resin that instantly restores nail appearance while allowing treatment to continue underneath. Great for open-toe shoes and aesthetics during fungal care.

Plantar Fasciitis

This is the most common cause of heel pain, triggered by strain on the plantar fascia. Symptoms include sharp pain, especially in the morning. We provide manual therapy, orthotics, taping, and targeted stretches to relieve discomfort and support healing.

Shin Splints

Common among runners and athletes, shin splints cause aching or sharp pain along the shin bone due to overuse. Treatment involves rest, ice, footwear or orthotic changes, and strengthening of the lower leg muscles to prevent recurrence.

Toe Injuries

Stubbing or trauma can cause toe bruises, fractures, or dislocations. We assess for damage and provide taping, footwear advice, and referrals for imaging if needed. Proper management reduces pain and speeds recovery.

Heel Pain (Non-Plantar Fasciitis Causes)

Heel pain may also stem from fat pad atrophy, bursitis, nerve entrapment, or stress fractures. We perform a full assessment and offer padding, strapping, exercises, and referral where necessary to treat the specific cause.

Ingrown Toenails

An ingrown toenail can cause pain, redness, swelling, and even infection, especially on the big toe. We offer conservative nail care, bracing, or minor nail surgery under local anaesthetic, depending on severity — all provided in-home.
